Job Description The Hospitality Solutions Guest Experience product development team is responsible for developing Data products and building analytical solutions that power the core SHS applications such as the Central Reservation System & Property Management System. This team specifically works on building the Guest experience suite of products including personalization, enhanced profile and CRM feature functions. We are looking for a candidate to join this fast-paced team in a leadership role to manage the team of UI developers in Krakow as well as be the BA for the team. This role has dual responsibility as a BA for the team as well as team management duties. The ideal candidate must be very curious and passionate about Guest Experience, Personalization, CRM and Profiles.
